For customers
- Verified drivers: ID, licence, registration and selfie are checked before partners can take orders.
- Match before you ride: check the driver's name, photo, vehicle and plate in the app.
- Live tracking that you can share with family via the Track page.
- Hand-over code: for Send/Food/Mart give the 4-digit code only once you have the goods.
- Never share OTP, PIN or passwords with anyone, including people claiming to be Kuantar.
For driver-partners
- Obey traffic laws, wear an approved helmet and carry one for passengers.
- Refuse suspicious parcels.
- Report customers who threaten your safety to support.
